He attended the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Medicine where he was valedictorian of his graduating class. He was elected Resident Teacher of the Year in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is married with two grown children. He sees patients in Neenah and is Chair of the Department of Surgery at Children's Hospital - Fox Valley.

Prior to moving to the Appleton area in 2006, Dr. Meyer had the privilege of serving active duty in various duty assignments in the United States Navy stationed in Portsmouth, VA. There he was picked by his colleagues as the Resident instructor of the year in 2005 and was awarded Junior Officer of the Command Award. He and his wife enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the Cheeseburger festival in Caseville, MI every fall. He especially looks forward to spending time with his dogs and playing soccer. Dr. Meyer sees patients in Appleton and Neenah.

Dr. Subbarayan was born and raised in Columbus, OH where he completed his undergraduate and medical education at The Ohio State University. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center. As a resident, he published and coauthored numerous peer reviewed articles in topics such as patient outcomes after head and neck cancer surgery, intraoperative transmission of cancer inducing viruses and diagnostic imaging in pediatric soft tissue infections. He was also an integral part of the creation of a multidisciplinary difficult airway response team. Dr. Subbarayan lives with his wife and daughter in Menasha. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports, fitness, hiking, traveling, reading, and video games. He is eternally grateful to his wife for convincing him to give up the soul crushing life of a Browns fan to become a Packer.

Other work experiences include internal medicine and family practice before joining the ENT family 11 years ago. She enjoys providing one on one care and getting to know each individual patient. She also strives to provide the highest quality of respect and care to all that she comes in contact with. She provides a variety of allergy testing, environmental lifestyle management, education, and immunotherapy options. Yvonne is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Academy.

Yvonne and her husband moved to Wisconsin from California in 1997 after her husband was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. They have enjoyed raising their three beautiful children who have produced so far four equally beautiful grandchildren. Yvonne enjoys traveling out West to visit family, camping, snow shoeing, sunrises and sunsets. “For it’s my faith, family, patients, and the little things in life that keep me grounded.”

She provides a variety of allergy testing, environmental lifestyle management, immunotherapy options, formulation, and compounding services to patients.

Roxanne and her family moved to the Fox Valley in 2008 from Northern Wisconsin. She enjoys mentoring youth, leadership, and motivational education, as well as gardening and camping.
